Laboratory Gas Generators

Hydrogen Gas Generators

Ultra Pure H2 Gas Generator

This model has been designed to replace Helium or Nitrogen as carrier gas.

Hydrogen from the Ultra Pure H2 Generator offers important advantages over Helium and Nitrogen in terms of speed analysis, sensitivity and resolution.

Other Hydrogen applications include total hydrocarbon analyzers, sulfur analyzers and air-pollution monitoring systems.

Pure H2 Gas Generator

Due to its very small size and its non maintenance drying system, the Pure H2 is the preferred source of Hydrogen fuel gas for GC and FID analysers. With its low Hydrocarbon contents (less than 0.1 ppm) the Pure H2 will give excellent and stable base lines to any chromatograph on the market.

Other applications include fuel gas Hydrogen for GC-FPD (flame photometric detector), THC (Total Hydrocarbon) and Sulfur Analysers.

Combined H2 Air Generator

The Pure Air / H2 Generator has been designed to feed GC’s with Hydrogen and Pure Air at the same time. The bench-top unit has a small footprint which is an advantage with limited lab space. The hydrocarbon free Hydrogen flow rate is up to 250 Nml/min.

The hydrocarbon free Pure Air flow rate is up to 1500 Nml/min with less than 0.1 ppm of total hydrocarbons.

The Pure Air / H2 Generator is very simple to take into operation: needing only distilled water for the Hydrogen part and an external source of compressed air for the Zero Air part.

Zero Air Gas Generators

Pure Air Generators which fits almost any laboratory requirement for Clean or Zero air.
There are two families of Air devices: the low flow capacity models as table-top units and the high flow capacity models with built-in oil-free air compressors (within floor casing).

Nitrogen Gas Generators

Nitrogen generators supply nitrogen gas with purities of up to 99.999%, ideal for all nitrogen gas applications, quiet operation at pressures up to 8 barg (116 PSI).

Benefits of Laboratory Gas Generators

Economical Gas Supply

An alternative to high pressure gas cylinders in the laboratories.
No ongoing carriage costs, no storage costs, no handling costs, no rental costs etc.
Over the lifetime of the instrument users save money on gas expenditure.

Easy Gas Supply

Simple installation, intuitive touch screen, easy access controls and display.
Virtually no user maintenance.

Small Footprint

Saving valuable space and allowing for simple installation.
Small generator footprint allows for the device to be placed on a bench top or under bench.
Safe
Gas is produced on demand, no high pressure vessels to transport, no complex and costly valve and pipework to be installed.

High Quality Laboratory Gas

The generators have been designed to meet highest quality and reliability standards.
Manufactured following the rigorous ISO 9001 production protocol.

Secure Gas Supply

No problems with delivery delays, increased usage, accidental purging, contaminated gas and leaking pipework all leading to unavailability of gas in the laboratory hampering productivity.
Constant supply of gas, with guaranteed purity, eliminates interruptions of analysis to change cylinders and reduces the amount of instrument re-calibrations required.
Multiple sensors assure gas quality and pressure.

Gas Generators are Manufactured in Europe

Manufactured by Europe’s leading providers of laboratory gas generators
Fully supported and warranted by the factory
Available in 100V, 115V and 230V for worldwide markets

All of these points mean your system will have lower running costs and can be more productive, therefore even more cost effective.
